What size should the party tent be?
Party tents are available in almost every size. Our assortment ranges from the smallest tent 2x2 meters to our largest 6x12 meter tents. So before you buy a marquee, you have to work out how many people should be able to seat it.
Many tent suppliers in uae charges 0.5 square meters per person. With a beer tent set, this is calculated at 0.8 square meters.
So if you plan to celebrate a party with 20 people you have to calculate as follows:
20 (people) x 0.8 (sqm) = 16 sqm
So you would need a party tent with a size of 4x4 meters. Here you have exactly 16 square meters of space. Of course you can also choose a size larger to find additional space for a buffet, for example.
It is also important to note whether the guests will be standing or sitting. So if you want to set up one or two beer tent sets, it is correspondingly more cozy in your party tent. All in all, it must be clarified which size you need before buying a tent. The area should not be too tight so that all guests have enough space.
We recommend that you always mark the tent size in the ground at the desired location in order to get a sense of space. Here you often know very quickly whether the space is sufficient for the party.
What material is a party tent made of?
A party tent often differs very little in terms of poles. Our range of party tents is made of steel which is powder-coated. The poles of the folding pavilions differ in steel and aluminum. The tarpaulin material is decisive. A distinction is made between three types: PE tent, party tent or PVC tent, party tent and polyester pavilions.
The difference between the three materials also explains the duration of the tent.
The PE material as well as the polyester material are not UV-resistant and perfect for short downtimes such as parties, birthday parties, public viewing etc. These tarpaulins are completely sufficient for occasional use up to a week and are cheaper to buy.
